Our most important reference in the livestock sector is the Hunland Group (a 500m USD turnover group), which uses GB Water’s technology to purify drinking water for animals and to disinfect the surfaces of all the facilities and calf crates on a farm with 2,000 calves.
Hunland has multiple sites where livestock is kept under excellent circumstances. One of their farms provides space for 2000 calves.
While the circumstances were modern, with this large number of animals held together some diseases might appear from time to time. An easy to fix solution was the improvement of the animals’ drinking water and a different disinfection method for the surfaces, areas and crates.

GB Water’s technology was deployed at the beginning of 2022.
According to the calculations made so far, the cost of the equipment returned in 10 months. Further tests are being carried out on the disinfection of animals’ feet and udders, which will possibly reduce the expected return to 5 months on this site.
